Q. What shall I do when I see a dress I like?
A. Simply click on the button 'Enquire about this dress' and complete the form. There is no obligation at this stage, it is simply to see if we have your size and colour preference in stock.
Q. You have the dress I like in stock, what now?
A. Once we've confirmed availability and size/colour preference we'll send you a link to make payment by either: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Cheque or Bank Transfer.
Q. What if the size isn't quite right?
A. We usually ensure the size is as close to yours as possible before completing orders. However as with most wedding dresses that did not have a fitting, minor alterations may still need to be made for the perfect fit.
Q. Can I return a dress?
A. We accept returns if you're not totally satisfied with the dress, our conditions are below:
- Customer has 24hrs in which to notify us of any problem with the dress, and if customer wishes to return the dress this must be strictly within 2 working days of receiving the dress.
- Dress must be in condition it was sent, we have the right to refuse a return if we feel the dress has been worn (other than just 'tried on'), if the dress has any strong odours or stains like make-up.
- Shipping for returned dresses are paid for by the customer unless the dress is faulty from the factory.
